1. Shaikh Dr. Abdul Satar Abdul Karim Abu Ghuddah

  • Ph.D. in Islamic Jurisprudence
  • Master Degree in Hadith Sciences
  • Worked as researcher at the Faqih Institution of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Awqaf
  • Head of the Financial Investment Development and Sharia Research Department.
  • Member of the Islamic Fiqh Board in Jeddah since 1985.
  • Member of the Sharia Board of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Institutions since 1995.
  • Member of the Sharia Supervisory Committee for a number of Islamic Financial Institutions and Co-Operative Insurance Companies.

2. Shaikh Dr. Abdul Latif Ahmed Al Shaikh

  • Holder of State Doctorate in Islamic Sciences.
  • Holder of Higher Degree in Sharia & Law.
  • Associate professor at the Arabic and Islamic Studies Department of Bahrain University.
  • Speaker in a number of Scientific Conferences and Symposia.
  • Regular contributor to T.V. and radio religious programme.

  • Holder of third stage Doctorate Specializing and legal policy.

  • Member of the consultative Council in the Kingdom of Bahrain (First Legislative turn).

  • Member of the Union Council of the Council of member States of the Organization of Islamic Conference.  

3. Shaikh Esam Mohammed Ishaq

  • Holder of Bachelor Degree in Political Science from McGill University , Montreal , Canada 1982.

  • Studied in a number of Islamic study circles with various sheikhs and students of Sharia.

  • Presently an instructor in Fiqh, Aqeeda and Tafseer courses in English and Arabic, in various centers in Bahrain .

  • Member of Sharia Supervisory Board in ArCapita (formerly First Islamic Investment Bank) Kingdom of Bahrain

  • Member of Sharia Supervisory Board in Al  Baraka Islamic Bank.

  • Sharia Advisor to Bahrain Development Bank, Kingdom of Bahrain .

  • Member of Sharia Supervisory Board in Meezan Islamic Bank, Islamic Republic of Pakistan .

  • Member of Accounting & Auditing Standards Board of (AAOIFI).                    

  • Member of Board of Trustees – Al Iman Islamic School, Kingdom of Bahrain .

4.Alsayed Mohammed Mohyeealdin

  • Attend & participate in special courses and seminars in Islamic banking , Management and credit and others fields .
  • Very good knowledge of Sharia’ Islamic principles fiqh and Islamic Investment Instruments.
  • Supervisory and participating in sharia’ studies programmes in Quaranic Centers in the Kingdom of Bahrain
