Chief Executive Officer

Mohamed Al Mutaweh is the Chief Executive Officer of AlBaraka Islamic Bank - Bahrain, Chairman of Credit Committee and Member of Executive Committee.Backed by a long banking experience over 20 years of which he Previously held several senior positions within and outside the bank, including General Manager and Board Member of Al Amin Bank, Bahrain, Chairman of Credit Committee and member of Executive Committee of Al Amin Bank.Executive Director in ABC Islamic Bank, and prior to that, he was in a senior position with National Bank of Bahrain in the Corporate Banking Division. He is also a member of the World Union of Arab Bankers and a candidate of the Charter Financial Analyst (CFA), Mr. Al Mutaweh a Bahraini national and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Bahrain.

Abdulaziz AL-Gosaibi

Assistant General Manager - International Banking Department

Abdulaziz Al-Gosaibi is the Head of International Banking Department and his main responsibilities are to manage the Corporate Finance & Syndications, Structured Finance & Investments, Trade Finance & Placements divisions and to ensure generating new funds under management and to administer all lending business, as well. Prior to joining AL-Baraka Islamic Bank, Mr. Al-Gosaibi worked as a Senior Manager at Al-Amin Bank as Head of Marketing and Acting Head of International Banking.Previous to that, Mr. Al-Gosaibi worked as a Deputy Manager at ABC Islamic Bank in its Corporate Banking Division. He was involved in sourcing, arranging and distributing deals and was in-charge of most of the Bank’s accounts in Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Lebanon and Turkey Mr. Al-Gosaibi has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hartford, Connecticut and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.

Banking Studies (Diploma) 5 years Banking experience with National Bank of Bahrain, and 16 years banking experience with AlBaraka Islamic Bank, Bahrain. Various managerial and banking courses inside and outside Bahrain.

Nadeem Khan

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Nadeem Amjad Khan is a Chartered Accountant and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Prior to his appointment as CFO of Albaraka Islamic Bank,Bahrain in September, 2006 he worked for 9 years in Pakistan Branches. He joined Pakistan Branches as Assistant Vice President and rose to the position of Assistant General Manager. He has also worked in leading accounting firm at senior position in Audit and Management consultancy. He has also been teaching ACCA students in leading accounting school. He specializes in accounting and financial matters and has developed broad expertise in treasury and capital markets.

	Yousuf Ahmed Al Hammadi Deputy General Manager - Commercial Branches
HND in Business Studies in 1978, Manchester-England 29 years of banking experience (15 years as Head of Commercial Banking with National Bank Of Bahrain and 9 years as Head of Commercial Branches with Shamil Bank Of Bahrain). Joined AlBaraka Islamic Bank in September 2002. And presently responsible for commercial branches, investment and credit.

	Saad Abdulla Al Khan Senior Manager - Marketing and Investment
A Bahraini national, Saad AlKhan with Bachelors of Science (B.S.c.) Accounting -University of Bahrain. He is involved in structuring investment products and evaluating investment proposals of AlBaraka. In addition, Saad oversees the Bank's client base in the U.A.E. Joined AlBaraka Islamic Bank in October 1997.

-Holding Bachelor’s Degree in Economic From Punjab University –Pakistan (1968) -Has 33 years of banking experience in both Commercial & Offshore unites : -13 years with united Bank Limited, Bahrain. -3 years with Bank of Credit & Commerce Intl. 	Tariq Mohmood Kazim Deputy General Manager, Support Services and Overseas Branches (Pakistan).
Bachelor Degree in Systems Engineering and Analysis (University of Petroleum and Minerals Dhahran/Saudi Arabia) 18 years of experience in providing, managing and implementing Banking, Telecommunication and e-Commerce Solutions. Advanced Diploma - B.I.B.F Worked as Head of Customer Services from 1982-1994 in Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait and as an Assistant Manager-Customer Services from 1994-2002 in Shamil Bank of Bahrain. Hani Nayem has joined the Bank from Ithmaar Bank, where he was working in the internal audit department, Prior to joining Ithmaar Bank, he served as a Senior Auditor for BDO Jawad Habib and as an Auditor in Arthur Andersen in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Mr. Nayem holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Bahrain and is a Certified Public Accountant from the U.S.
